Ming F. Johnson holds a MD Degree from Sun Yat-sen University of Medical
Sciences; People‚s Republic of China and an Associate Degree in
Biotechnology from Moorpark College; California; USA. Ming joined
the Alzheimer's Research Lab in 2003. She is responsible for biochemistry and histology
analysis which include protein sample processing; protein assays in
microplate format; SDS-PAGE; Western blotting; parrafin tissure
sectioning; immunostaining; microscope observation and data analysis.
Her job area also extends to cell culture. She works to help her supervisor Dr. Marni Harris-White, in understand the interaction between cytokines, LRP and amyloid toxicity.
